Greaney is a ghost-town crossroads in northwestern St. Louis County, settled by Irish and Finnish homesteaders in the early 1900s. The abandoned Greaney Store and a false-front neighbor still stand at the townsite, and the 1913 St. Bridget’s Catholic Church remains maintained a short way south.
