Let your cream cheese sit out for a bit to soften or buy the whipped cream cheese for easy spreading. Use paper towels to dry off your ham and pickles. Spread your cream cheese all over the ham as thick as you like. Lay pickles across the ham/cream cheese and roll up. Eat as is or slice into little ham/pickle sushi.
